Bay City Rollers fight over pounds 2 million
The Bay City Rollers have said Bye Bye Baby to a bumper pounds 2 million pay day. The 70's pop sensations are still owed a fortune by an American record company. But the Edinburgh band's bitter break-up means they can't agree on who should get what. Front man Les McKeown is at odds with Alan and Derek Longmuir, Eric Faulkner and Stuart "Woody" Wood.
The cash is being held in a US bank account by Arista until an agreement can be reached. Last night their ex-manager Tam Paton said: "It is very sad because they could do with the money."
